A Lifelong Connection to Animals

From Horse Ranches to Rescues

Growing up on a horse ranch, Darcy trained and showed horses from a young age, forming a profound and lifelong connection with animals. A professional photographer for over 30 years, she spent eight of those years documenting international humanitarian projects that provide indigenous animals to help combat hunger and poverty to those in need. Imagine calming camels alongside the Maasai, or water buffalo in Laos to pause for the perfect image! Yet regardless of where the journey has taken her, Darcy’s commitment to easing animals’ fears, honoring their need for love, and respecting their boundaries has never wavered. With natural patience, empathy, and respect, she brings a lifetime of experience, compassion, and heart to every animal she works with. And Rescue dogs are her heart. These pups deserve to be met with patience, kindness, and deep respect. And as faithful and extraordinary companions, it is profoundly humbling to witness their ability to forgive, trust and love unconditionally.
